At APEX, our production capacity reaches 35000 tons of plastic products each year. All our production lines have been outfitted with the most advanced high-speed pipe extrusion machines. The entire production line is controlled by a Siemens PLC system. It comes with a high-precision, lost-in-weight feed system. We precisely control the quantity of extrusions by setting up the parameters. This allows us to hold product weight constant while ensuring a uniform wall thickness and a high dimensional accuracy. In addition, the production lines are all equipped with cutting-edge test facilities. This ensures we can produce high-quality pipes efficiently.
