Since our establishment in 2012 and the commissioning of China's first AISA tube production line, Tubest has embarked on a steady development journey in the tube packaging industry. In 2013, Tubest optimized production by adding three more AISA tube lines, and the following year, the launch of its 50, 000m2 facility in Zhaoqing laid a solid foundation for scaled development. The period from 2016 to 2017 marked a key phase of technological expansion, with the concentrated commissioning of a laminate sheet production line, three AISA tube lines, a BOBST flexographic printing machine, extrusion tube lines, and an injection molding workshop, which enhanced production efficiency. To expand our product matrix, Tubest added extrusion tube production lines in 2019, and introduced Mini tube and Polyfoil production lines in 2020 and 2021, respectively. In recent years, Tubest has strategically advanced its geographical expansion: The Suzhou plant in East China strengthened its competitiveness in the domestic market in 2023, while the operational commencement of the Thailand plant in 2024 marks a critical step in its internationalization strategy.
Besides, Tubest operate state-of-the-art production facilities in Zhaoqing Plant, Kunshan Plant and Thailand Rayong Plant. Our Swiss-engineered equipment enables fully automated tube manufacturing and integrated single-step injection molding. Supported by FIFO and ERP inventory management systems along with proprietary patents and exclusive technologies, we implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure premium products and one-stop service excellence.
With excellent machines, our company delivers comprehensive tube packaging solutions spanning extruded tubes, plastic packaging tubes, aluminum laminate tubes, high-gloss laminate tubes, paper-plastic laminate tubes, and airless pump tubes, with versatile decoration options including offset printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, hot stamping, and labeling. We utilize a wide range of materials such as full-plastic laminate sheets (white, pearlescent, transparent), high-glossy sheets (silver, holographic), aluminum-plastic sheets(silver, white), paper-plastic sheets, PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled materials), and bio-based materials (e. g., sugarcane-based, starch-based). Our tubes are widely applied in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, hair care, food, and toothpaste industries.
