China Railway Materials Trade Group Co., Ltd. (CRMT) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited (CREC), a Fortune Global 500 company. It originated from the Material Trade Branch (Procurement Management Center) of CREC. Established in February 2007, it was restructured into a limited liability company on December 18, 2010. In February 2017, it formed a corporate group with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan.  CRMT is a large enterprise group under CREC, specializing in supply chain management and material trade.
