Introduction
Yanshan 8101 is a polypropylene homopolymer resin designed for extrusion and molded applications requiring stiffness, heat resistance, and low-temperature toughness. It features a density of 0.900 g/cm³ and a low melt mass-flow rate of 0.36 g/10 min, supporting good melt strength and stable processing. The grade provides balanced mechanical properties, including tensile strength of 27 MPa, flexural modulus of 880 MPa, and excellent notched impact performance (65 kJ/m² at 0°C, 60 kJ/m² at -20°C). It also offers good thermal performance, with a Vicat softening temperature of 154°C and melting point of 165°C. Typical uses include durable industrial and general-purpose PP products.
