In oil exploration projects, capillary tubes are widely used for precision measurement, fluid sampling, and pressure monitoring. Our capillary tube products are primarily designed to integrate with steel wire ropes. During production, the capillary tubes are incorporated into the steel wire ropes, allowing customers to use the ropes for optical cable pulling in subsequent applications.
Our standard capillary tube materials include 2205 duplex stainless steel and 316L austenitic stainless steel, both of which offer excellent corrosion resistance and high strength, making them suitable for extreme conditions encountered in oil exploration, such as high temperatures, high pressure, and corrosive gases.
- 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel: Provides exceptional corrosion resistance, especially suitable for marine and acidic environments.
- 316L Stainless Steel: Offers strong corrosion resistance, performing exceptionally well in seawater and other corrosive media.
