Anti-scaling property
Drawing on the groundbreaking principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobicity', our cutting-edge technology employs organic polymers and innovative processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the typical polyethylene range of 88°-92°, significantly enhancing the surface smoothness of the pipeline. This remarkable feature effectively reduces the adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions along with other substances in the water, thereby minimizing the pipeline's energy consumption. The synchronized anti-scaling and antibacterial effects work in harmony to ensure a genuine antibacterial performance, preventing the issue of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle formed by water droplets on a material's surface; a hydrophobic effect is achieved when the angle is between 90° and 180°.)
