Test Machines
In order to ensure the quality of our hydraulic hoses are good and stable. We test every batch of goods before sent out. Below are some common tests.
1 Working pressure test
All the hoses need to do this test before shipment.
2 Burst pressure test
3 Impulse test
1 wire and 2 wire braided hoses pass the impulse testing of 200,000 times; 4 wire spiral hoses pass the impulse testing of 400,000 times.
We also run other tests such as oil resistance test, ozone resistance test, aging test, etc. The test report can be provided.
