Product Description
Reinforced spiral welded steel pipe is a special pipe independently developed by our company for underground gas drainage in coal mine. Compared with traditional gas drainage steel pipe, this pipe has the advantages of light weight, high ring stiffness, corrosion resistance, etc., reducing the total construction cost of mining steel pipe. The product has been promoted and applied by the company for many years, and has been favored by customers and widely used. Mainly through structural design, the product improves the negative pressure resistance of the pipe and reduces the wall thickness of the steel pipe through the unique biting structural reinforcement.
The anti-corrosion structure of reinforced spiral welded steel pipe is divided into three types according to different needs of customers: fused epoxy powder coating, hot dip zinc and stainless steel. The maximum production capacity of the product can be DN1000mm, and the wall thickness can be 1.5-3.5mm according to the different product models.
Connection Method
The spiral welded steel pipe connection method is mainly flange connection, the product are mainly designed with flange socket, but adding bolts can connect the two ends firmly.
Light Weight
Compared with the same specification of the steel pipe, the weight of the steel pipe saves 50% -150%,the pipe weight is light, reduce the construction labor intensity.
Corrosion preventive
Fused epoxy powder coating, hot dip zinc and stainless steel, diversified selection can ensure the service life of the pipe.
Negative pressure resistance
To meet the negative pressure performance requirements of the pipe for gas drainage, under-0.097MPa pressure, 100h pipe without suction, deformation.
Low operating noise
The inner wall of the pipe is a flat wall structure, with the inner wall smooth and low noise during normal operation.
Strong adhesion
The selection of anti-corrosion materials are the national standard mature technology type, the use of the process does not fall off, peeling phenomenon.
The products are made of cold rolled steel strip or stainless steel strip, and are processed and molded by multiple sets of rolls, spiral nibble molding, automatic welding and other processes in the spiral molding unit. After molding, the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, and the outer wall reinforcement is composed of four layers of nibbling structure, which enhances the strength of the product's weld, and the nibbling structure is welded with 45° angle weld, which ensures the high impact resistance and the pressure strength of the pipe at the same time.
The product is called occlusal steel pipe because of its occlusal structure, and the outer wall is of reinforcing bar type, also known as reinforcing bar spiral welded corrugated steel pipe.
