Our Reinforced Spiral Welded Steel Pipe features a versatile anti-corrosion structure, tailored to meet diverse customer requirements. It is available in three superior variants: fused epoxy powder coating, hot dip zinc coating, and stainless steel. With a robust production capacity, we can manufacture pipes with diameters up to DN1000mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 3.5mm, depending on the specific model. Connection Method
The spiral welded steel pipe primarily utilizes a flange connection method. Designed with a flange socket, this product ensures robust connectivity by adding bolts, which firmly secure both ends.

Corrosion prevention

Our products are crafted from cold rolled steel strips or stainless steel strips. They undergo multiple processes, including spiral nibble molding and automatic welding, within a spiral molding unit. Post-molding, the inner wall of the pipe is smooth while the outer wall is reinforced. This four-layer nibbling structure enhances the weld strength, with the 45° angle weld ensuring high impact resistance and pressure durability.
Termed as occlusal steel pipe due to its unique structure, the product features an outer wall reinforced with rebar, also known as reinforcing bar spiral welded corrugated steel pipe.
