Anti-scaling property

Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic", organic polymers and special processes are used to raise the water contact Angle on the surface of the pipeline to 111° (standard control ≥105°), far exceeding ordinary polyethylene 88°-92°, which improves the smoothness of the surface of the pipeline, reduces the adsorption capacity of calcium and magnesium ions and other substances in the water to the pipeline, and reduces the energy consumption of the pipeline water. At the same time, the anti-scaling effect and the antibacterial effect of the pipeline cooperate to play the role of the real antibacterial effect of the pipeline, and avoid the problem of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid caused by pipeline scaling. (Water contact Angle: the contact Angle of water droplets on the surface of the material, 90° < water contact Angle < 180° has a hydrophobic effect.)  

Hydrophobic patency

Anti-bacterial Performance

The ionic antibacterial agent was added to the inner wall of the pipe.
