Product Description
The 3pe anti-corrosion layer(three-layer extruded polyethylene anti-corrosion layer,TPEP)on the outer surface of the steel pipe is made of fused epoxy powder(FBE) as the bottom layer,adhesive as the middle layer,and extrued polyethylene as the outer crover.It is an emerging product that solves the promble of the corrosion prevention of the inner wall of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes.It fills the gap of anti-corrosion of domestioc anti-corrosion steel pipes in the field of water transportion.The inner and outer epoxy resin 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes are currently the best choice in the field of water supply pipes.

The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe combines the advantages of fused epoxy powder and polyolefin coating, overcomes the lack of performance of the two coatings when used alone, and is coated to the surface of the steel pipe by spraying, winding and other processes to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.
