Brief Introduction of FRP Pipe Fittings
FRP GRP Elbow
It consists of an inner surface layer, a sub-inner surface layer, a structural layer, and an outer surface layer, and we will conduct gel tests under local weather conditions to determine the proportion of resin, curing agent, and accelerator.
The first inner surface layer is a corrosion-resistant layer, composed of gel coat and surface pad, resin content of more than 90%, thickness of 0.5mm.
The second inner surface layer, which is a leak-proof layer, uses alkali-free glass short cut felt and resin, and the resin content is 70%-75%.
The thickness is not less than 2.1mm, and the layer can effectively prevent the expansion of
fine cracks on the inner surface.
