PVC-UH Pipe for Drainage

1. High Strength and Safety
PVC-UH pipes are solid-wall pipes engineered to withstand both internal and external pressures, ensuring long-term operational reliability. With excellent tensile strength, compressive strength, and impact resistance, they significantly outperform conventional pipeline materials. Each pipe undergoes a hydrostatic pressure test at twice the nominal pressure (including the socket), shifting from random sampling to full inspection, ensuring superior product quality and safety.

2. Enhanced Material Standards
Stricter standards are enforced for raw materials. Mixed materials must pass grading, with a minimum required strength (MRS) of ≥25.0 MPa. They must also pass rigorous impact and tensile strength tests. The use of lead salt stabilizers is strictly prohibited, eliminating risks from adulteration or substandard products. 

3. Flexible and Durable Structure

PVC-UH pipes offer greater flexibility and axial deflection than traditional rigid pipes, making them better suited for areas with potential ground settlement. Their structural stiffness, enhanced by soil interaction, ensures long-term durability in underground applications.

4. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
PVC-UH pipes have outstanding chemical stability and can resist a wide range of acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents at temperatures up to 60°C. No additional anti-corrosion treatment is required, reducing maintenance needs and extending service life.

5. Reliable Integrated Connection System
The pipes use a one-piece steel frame sealing ring socket structure. Unlike traditional post-installed rubber rings, the PVC-UH socket and rubber ring are installed simultaneously, forming a robust and leak-proof integrated connection. This design avoids issues like misalignment, deformation, or displacement during installation, ensuring long-term sealing performance.

6. All-Plastic Connectors
PVC-UH systems solve the problem of connecting large-diameter pipes with all-plastic fittings, such as elbows, tees, and couplings. Previously, cast iron or steel fittings were used, which are prone to corrosion and leakage.
