The Food Grade PVC steel wire spiral reinforced hoses produced by Shandong Mingqi are made of high-strength galvanized steel wire and plasticizer-free food-grade PVC material. There is a separate workshop and dedicated food-grade production line. The hose can be used for conveying milk, beverage, distilledliquor, beer, jam and other foods. We can also insert the cooperwire into hose. This hose can avoid the block of the flowing inthe hose due to static, and protect users from getting electricshock or electric current impingement.

Structure:
-Inner layer: food contact grade PVC inner hose, mirror-grade smooth inner wall, low surface roughness, fluid passage rate increased by 20%, zero- residue and very easy to clean.
-Reinforcement layer: galvanized stainless steel wire spiral winding, anti-negative pressure resistance value up to -0.5MPa, anti-stretching, dynamic transport without deformation.
-Protective outer layer: UV-modified PVC outer layer, adding antioxidants and wear-resistant factor, strong weather resistance, aging resistance, and wide adaptable temperature environment ( -15ºC~65ºC).
