Rubber joint features:
Small size, light weight, good elasticity, easy installation and maintenance
Rubber joints consist of inner and outer rubber, cord layer and traveler, which are vulcanized and then combined with metal flanges or loose sleeves of parallel joints, are mainly used in pipelines with large vibration and frequent changes of heat and cold, which can absorb the vibration generated by the work of the pump, thus reducing the noise and avoiding the loosening of the screws, and thus are also called shock absorbers or vibration dampers.
Rubber flexible joint is a kind of pipeline connection parts, can connect two different materials, different straight through or different axis of the pipeline. Pressure rating is based on 30ºC operating temperature. The pressure rating is reduced at higher temperatures.
Rated pressure in the above table is the maxlmum "working pressure". Test pressure is 1.5 times "working pressure", Burst pressure is 4 times "work pressure".
