The line is used in producing aluminum-plastic compoundpipe material, the aluminum pipe adopts ultrasonic welding and common-extruding one-step shaping. The produced aluminum-plastic compound pipe is widely used in cold and hot tap-water, all kinds of liquid acid and alkali salt gas, oxygen, compressed air and others.

4. The process can illustrate that main trunk is high precision tube forming line, when aluminum coil rolled by passive unreeling machine, the flat aluminum strip is gone through various positioning mechanism and gone into feeding preforming roller track, the aluminum strip is rolled into a tube shape and then fed into the forming section. Aluminum strip formed by forming section, aluminum tubes are only the general precision. After this, they must be passed through the fixed diameter section integer, the localization, and the requirements of accuracy. About aluminum composite parts, they are used into ultrasonic welding by ultrasonic welding machine to form into closed high strength aluminum tubes.
 
Aluminum welding area of production line is confluence nodes branched. The other two branch area is the inner tube and the inner adhesive layer: outer tube, outer adhesive layer. After feeding, melting, extrusion, confluence into the template and formed by the confluence of distribution, and then enters the inner tube and the outer tube co-extrusion die extrusion. The composite tube always injecting compressed air to detect pipeline pressure, and after a cold bath setting, automatic drying, measuring length, it will enter the printing area to print the company name, pipe size, length of print on the pipe by using automatic ink jet printers, . After the traction of printed pipes, they will be rolled and wrapped up by automatic double disc rolling machine, when rolled pipes are up to standard, they can be packed to leave the factory.
