I. General Characteristics
PVC double strand fiber reinforced hose is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and double stranded polyester fibre composite process,which is a high-pressure hose for fluid transport with high-strength double strand fibre braid as the core support structure.The product combines high pressure capacity, anti-impulse impact performance and weather resistance, suitable for industrial, mechanical and special scenarios that require high pressure stability, solving the shortcoming of conventional single-strand fibre reinforced hose that is prone to deformation and leakage in high-pressure environments.
II. Structure Analysis
1. Inner layer of hose:
smooth PVC material, with flat inner wall and low friction coefficient, which ensures the high speed and low resistance when fluids (water, oil, gas) passing through, and at the same time, it is resistant to corrosion of general chemicals.
2. Reinforcement layer:
double stranded polyester fibre braid (30% higher strength than single stranded fibre), forming a 'double skeleton' supporting structure through precision cross braiding process, anti-impulse impact, working pressure up to 10-15bar (1.0-1.5MPa), burst pressure ≥ 3 times the working pressure.
3. Outer layer of hose:
thickened PVC protective layer, enhance abrasion resistance and aging resistance, as well as UV resistance and oil mist resistance.

double-stranded fibre reinforced structure increases the pressure-bearing capacity by 50% compared with single-stranded fiber reinforced structure, suitable for high-pressure scenarios below 15bar, with no risk of bulging or rupture in long-term use.

can withstand sudden pressure fluctuations (such as the impact of starting and stopping a water pump), the fibre layer is tensile, reducing the leakage or fracture of the hose due to impact.
- Ageing resistance and durability:
-15℃~65℃ wide working temperature range, the outer hose passes 500 hours of UV aging test, the performance of anti-cracking is improved by 40%, and the service life is up to 3-5 years.
- Convenient installation:
40% lighter than rubber hose of the same specification, bending radius ≤ 4 times the diameter of the hose, adapting to complex layouts, support for quick couplings and flange connections.
