Azodicarbonamide(AC foaming agent /ADC foaming agent) is the most popular chemical blowing agent. Generally, AC is orange to pale yellow, crystalline solid with a decomposition temperature in air of 201~205ºC.

Unlike a number of other chemical blowing agent, AC is self- extinguishing when flame is removed. The decomposition residues are odorless. non-toxic, non-coloring and non-straining. 3.Azodicarbonamide is especially suitable for molding foaming of PE; It often used in foaming of EVA (large mode hot pressing) and PVC molding; It can be used for foaming of molding or free-mode of rubber and plastic.
