Automatic Pipe Making Line for PPR / PE-Rt Hot Water Pipes for Municipal Infrastructure, Residential

The PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) and PE-RT (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature) pipe extrusion line is a complete production line for manufacturing cold and hot water pipes. It is primarily used for the production of industrial pipes for water and compressed air transportation. The diameter and thickness of the pipes can be varied according to requirements. PPR represents the latest achievement in the global development history of pipeline production.

High Strength and Light Weight: The pipes produced by this line have high stiffness, high impact resistance, and low weight due to their unique structure.

A first single-screw extruder for square-shaped pipe production, equipped with a square-shaped pipe extrusion die.
A vacuum calibration water tank for precise pipe shaping.
A spray cooling water tank for rapid pipe cooling.
A second single-screw extruder for melting adhesive materials.
A spiral forming unit for pipe formation.
A cutting and stacking unit for final processing and packaging of the pipes
