The vertical series HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line is professionally designed and manufactured with full computer, which has the advantages of high output, stable extrusion and high degree of automation. The extruders can be specially designed according to the customer's raw material condition. HDPE adopts the new high-efficiency single screw extruder. The extruders and heads are highly accurate, the modules are interchangeable, the modules can be cooled by water or air cooling, online flaring can be achieved to ensure the performance index of the formed pipes, the circular double knife cutting machine has excellent cutting accuracy, the whole production line adopts SIEMENS PLC system, which has high self-control function.
