ASB PP-R Pipes are made of 100% new material such as TAIRIPRO, SINOPEC and HYOSUNG. ASB is totally following the Germany Standard DIN8077/8088 to process the Pipes. Now the Pipe series is from PN12.5 to PN25 and the dimension is from 20mm to 110mm. With the advantages like lightness, corrosion resistance and long life, ASB PP-R Pipes are accepted by customers from over 90 countries in the world.

1-Good Appearance and Light Weight
The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the color is soft, the shape is beautiful, and the weight is only about 1/8 of the metal tube, which is convenient for transportation and installation.

High pressure-resistant and high temperature resistant. ASB PP-R Pipe's life can be 50 years under normal conditions.

4-Good Thermostabilization
The Vicat softening point of the ASB PP-R pipe is 131.5ºC, it can be used for a long time when the working water temperature is 70 ºC, meeting the requirements of the hot water system in a real building.
5-Insulation and Energy Saving
The Thermal Conductivity of the ASB PP-R Pipe is only 0.21w/m.k, just 1/200 of the steel pipe
6-Easy installation
Using a hot-melt connection, a joint connection can be completed in several seconds. The pipe and fittings are made of the same type of raw material and the pipe-fitting joints reach the molecular level fusion, making it a whole system perfectly.
Raw Materials
PPR is a random copolymer polypropylene synthesized by (PP and PE) gas-phase method. Its structural feature is that PE molecules are irregularly linked among PP molecules, with molecular weight ranging from 300,000 to 800,000. The pipes produced using PPR raw materials are also called random copolymer polypropylene pipes, which are plastic pipe products developed and applied in the late 1980s and early 1990s. With its own excellent performance and a wide range of applications, it has occupied a place in the plastic pipe market and is recognized as a green and environmentally friendly product.
The quality of PPR water pipes mainly depends on the material type, different from others, ASB only chooses the best raw material like TAIRIPRO from Taiwan, China, SINOPEC, China and HYOSUN, Korea. Before the materials landed in our warehouse, our testing center staff will analyze the material first, only when it meets the standard then it can be accepted at our side.
