Product Description

Single wall PP PE PVC corrugated pipe line

1. Process flow: 
Dryness loader→Single screw extruder→Die→Forming moulds→Water tank(optional)→Haul off and cutter(optional)→Double working-station winder 

2. Production description:
It consists of Extruder, Mold Blocks, Corrugated Forming Machine, Cooling Equipment, Counting Machine and Auto winding system. It can continuously produce many kinds of diameter single wall corrugated pipe in high speed.
Material-1: PP, Temperature range: -20°C -110°C , the product is anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-alkali. The black color pipe is
                      ultraviolet resistant.
Material-2: PE, Temperature range: -40°C -80°C , the product is anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-alkali. The black color pipe is
                      ultraviolet resistant.
PE/PP/PVC Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugation pipe in PVC.
Molding corrugation pipe with smooth inside and outside surface, and even ripple at one time by corresponding die; Used as wire and cable passing pipe ,washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe and ventiduct; Small size corrugation pipe of 4-6.7 are used in car. 
Application: 
This kind of pipe owns the features of high temperature resistance , anti-erosion , antiabrasion and high strength . The pipe can be ued ass stuffing tube for electrical appliance, stuffing tube for automobile, engineering works, lamps and lanterns, automatic instruments and meters, etc. which has a great demand in present-day market.
