I. General Characteristics
The PVC transparent fluid hose is made from high-quality polymer-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) raw materials, through an improved formula and innovative process. It features outstanding transparency, flexibility and environmental resistance, making it an efficient solution in the field of fluid transmission.
The hose presents a crystal-clear visual effect with a light transmittance of 93%. The fluid state inside the hose is clearly visible. The material is both rigid and elastic, capable of withstanding repeated bending without turning white or cracking. The surface has strong anti-adhesion properties, making it easy to clean and maintain. The hose is lightweight and can be installed without the need for heavy tools; it can be operated manually.
II. Structure Design
The PVC transparent fluid hose adopts a single-layer homogeneous structure.
It is made of high-purity polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the base material, combined with environmentally friendly plasticizers, heat stabilizers, and anti-freezing agents, etc., and is formed by a precise extrusion process.
The hose wall has uniform density, ensuring the stability of fluid transportation.
The internal surface is smooth, effectively reducing fluid resistance; the external surface retains high transparency while enhancing anti-scraping and wear resistance, avoiding surface scratches that may affect the observation effect.
The special formula enables the hose to maintain flexibility while having anti-ultraviolet and aging resistance properties, suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.

Utilizing high-purity PVC raw materials and optical-grade additives, the light transmittance reaches 95%. The fluid state inside the hose is clearly visible, facilitating real-time monitoring of flow rate, bubbles, and impurities.

After aging tests, it shows no obvious yellowing or brittleness even after outdoor use for 3 years.
3. Low-temperature toughness:
The working temperature range is -10℃ to 65℃. It remains flexible even in low-temperature conditions. It remains soft at -15℃ and can be bent and installed normally, avoiding the risk of cracking in winter. It does not soften or deform at high temperatures and is suitable for environments with temperature differences between the north and south.
