Black PVC & 2 Layer Aluminum Flexible Duct

GFIHVAC's Black PVC + Double-Layer Aluminum Foiled Flexible Duct is a durable and versatile solution for air distribution in HVAC systems. It combines enhanced mechanical strength, reliable airflow performance, and good fire resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of ventilation applications.

This flexible duct is constructed with a three-layer composite structure: the inner and middle layers consist of double-layer aluminum foil with a reinforced spiral steel wire, which ensures smooth airflow, improved pressure resistance, and excellent shape retention during bending or installation.

The outer layer is made of black PVC coating, offering strong protection against UV exposure, corrosion, moisture, and physical wear, making it ideal for demanding environments such as equipment rooms or rooftop ducting.

Thanks to its reinforced structure and material durability, this duct is suitable for low, medium, and even certain high-pressure HVAC systems. It is commonly used in central air conditioning supply and return systems, ventilation systems for commercial buildings, and air exhaust or fresh air systems with long duct runs or multiple turns.

The flexible design simplifies routing through ceilings, walls, and narrow shafts, while the combination of aluminum and black PVC ensures long service life and reduced maintenance needs.
