Newly Designed Silt And Mud Transportation PE Pipe For Food And ChemicalIndustry
Sand discharge pipe is made of high density polyethylene mixed with a small amount of antioxidants, anti-UV absorbent and pigments. It is especially suitable for sand and slurry pumping.
High wear resistant sand discharge pipe is made from virgin compounded materials for high performance and is fitted with welded stub-ends&steel flanges, thus has unique features of long life span, corrosion free, abrasion resistance and low maintenance cost whether in lakes, sea or other liquid bodies.
The Quantity of ultrahigh wear-resisting molecular in the pipe material is more than two million. Therefore the pipe has a quite low abrasion resistance index, which is 6.6 times lower than that of ordinary alloy steel, 27.3 times lower than that of stainless steel, 4-7 times lower than that of phenolic resin, and 6. 4 times lower than that of polyethylene.

Features:
1. Complying with the standard of GB1843, the sand discharge pipe has ultrahigh shock resistance, which means it has the best toughness value against impact in existing engineering plastics.
2. Good property of corrosion resistance of the sand discharge pipe can prevent itself from being eroded by chemicals.
3. Good self lubricity makes its surface non-cohesive and non-scaling. It won't form dirt in the medium with PH value of 9 or above.
4. The sand discharge pipe is highly reputed for its low temperature resistance from -50°C to -80°C.
5. Good cracking resistance endows the sand discharge pipe the best property of environmental stress resistance above 4000h (2 times higher than PE100).
6. 1/8 Specific gravity of steel pipe allows the sand discharge pipe be easily transported and installed.
