Test Standard:

Standard 1:  Static pressure test: The PE water pipe is tested to withstand a static water pressure of 1.2 MPa for 30 minutes without damage or leakage.

Standard 2:  Cyclic water pressure test: The PE water pipe is installed on a cyclic water pressure testing machine, with the set pressure value at 1.04 MPa for 100,000 cycles. The PE water pipe should show no leakage and no obvious deformation.

Standard 3:  Burst pressure test: The PE pipe is installed on a burst pressure testing machine, with the water pressure increasing at a rate of no more than 0.55 MPa/s until the PE pipe bursts. Observe the water pressure gauge, and the pressure value should be greater than 3.5 MPa.
