ZYTC has been supplying welded coiled tubing to the oil and gas industry for more than a decade. We mainly supply materials of stainless steel, duplex steel, and nickel alloy (such as 304/L,316/L, 2205, 2507, alloy 625, and alloy 825). Diameters from 4mm to 25mm and our length can be up to 33000ft (10000m). It has been successfully used in kinds of the heat exchanger, certain harsh subsea and downhole conditions, and through continuous research and development, is able to meet the stringent quality requirements of the oil industry. This type of coiled tubing can also be processed to encapsulated tubing to meet customer requirements. ZYTC welded coiled tubing is certificated by ISO/ABS/CCS/BV/DNV/LR/GL/KR/NK, which is not only the service but also the quality can be assured.

Features: Alloy 625 has excellent strength at temperatures up to 816ºC. At higher temperatures, its strength is generally lower than that of other solid solution-strengthened alloys. Alloy 625 has good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 980ºC and shows good resistance to aqueous corrosion, but is relatively moderate compared to other more capable corrosion-resistant alloys.
