The environmentally friendly metal drag reducer developed by ENERGY can effectively reduce the frictional resistance between pipe columns and increase the depth of continuous pipe penetration. It can avoid the phenomenon of 

"self-locking" in continuous oil pipes.  No organic chlorine, no harm to the environment. 

Application scenarios:

Continuous tubing is prone to bending and friction locking inside the wellbore, which prevents it from being lowered to the predetermined depth for subsequent operations.

Chemical Properties and Application

Usage:

Metal drag reducer (MDR) is suitable for water-based drilling fluids with a reservoir temperature of 150 ºC, with a recommended dosage of 0.3-2%. During the unlocking process of the continuous tubing, to increase the displacement, a 0.05% -0.1% polymer aqueous solution can be configured as the carrier fluid for the metal drag reducer.
