Coilable Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes, referred to as RTP) arecomposite pipes consisting of a medium transmission laver made of polvethylene, cross-linkeopolyethylene, or heat-resistant polyethylene. The reinforcement laver is formed by unidirectionapolyester industrial filaments, aramid fibers, fiberglass, or steel wires (ropes) combined withthermoplastic matrix resin. These materials are continuously spirally wound in left and rightdirections and heated to form a mesh-like skeleton. The outer protective layer is made ofpolyethylene or heat-resistant polyethylene. The entire structure is bonded and formed throughextrusion, resulting in a continuous, cohesive pipe.
