1. GENERAL DEscriptION

Large Diameter Plastic HDPE/PP Spiral Wound/Winding Pipe Production Line  is a kind of new generation high performance plastic spiral pipe line for large diameter buried drain pipe according to Corrugate pipe production technology; it can produce pipe size from Ø200~Ø2000mm which is widely used in fields of civil water drain, wastewater drain. the pipe could also be made by the recycled polyethylene material. These properties make it superior advantages compared to other kinds of drainpipe.

Our designed and manufactured PE/PP Spiral Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Machine includes two parts: The first part is PE Pipe Production Line. The function of it is to extrude PE/PP profiled T belt; the second part is Forming Machine, of which the function is to produce qualified HDPE winding pipe.

2. DETAILED FEATURES OF OUR EXTRUSION LINE

1) The investment is lower and the automatic control system is easy for operation and maintenance.
2) Adopt the one-time hot-melt forming technology for inner and outer layer.
3) The inner PE belt is Composited with the U-type pipe in melting condition. Moreover, they will never be delaminated after spraying cooling forming; it has a good adhesion effect.
4). It adopts easy-to-use and fully automatic button control syetem. In addition, PLC control is also selective if customers need.
5). It adopts Electromagnetic heating system, which can save 40% to 50% electric power.
6). All Electric Part (breaker/motor/Inverter) is Siemens/Schneider/Omron.
7). Production speed is 1-10 meters per minute.
8). Maximum pipe size reach to 2000mm.
