JINGTONG HDPE pipes diameters range from DN20 to DN1600,which pressure classes of up to 2.0MPa.

PE pressure pipes are designated by their outside diameter or DN. For water and other general pressure applications,the maximum allowable operating pressure(MAOP)with a minimum service coefficient is designated by the pressure rating or PN.The SDR of a PE pipe refres to its"Standard Dimension Ratio"which describes the geometry of the pipe and is the ratios of the outside diameter and the minimum wall thickness.

JINGTONG HDPE pipes are manufactured from PE100 polyethylene resin,with a 50-year minimum required strength of 10MPa.The PE pipes are produced according to GB/T13663.2-2018 which are equal to or equivalent to other standards.

Connection methods

JINGTONG HDPE pipe may be joined economically using thermal spigot-socket fusion and butt-fusion or electro-fusion
equipment;altemately diameters up to DN110 are commonly joined using compression fittings which make connection quick and easy.

Packing&Shipping

Pipe sizes up to DN90 can be supplied in coil lengths of up to 300 meters in some diameters.Larger diameters length are typically 6m or 12m in stock,other lenghts can be made between purchaser and manufacturer for loading container easily.
