Qiangsheng Machinery Plastic HDPE LDPE PPR Polypropylene Pipe Production Line/Plastic Single Screw HDPE LDPE Pipe Extrusion Machine is widely used in producing HDPE water supply pipes, gas supply pipes. It can make HDPE pipes with diameter from 16mm to 1600mm. With many years of plastic machinery development and design experience, this HDPE pipe extrusion line has the unique structure,the design is novel, the equipment entire line layout is reasonable, the control performance is reliable. By different requirement, this HDPE pipe line could be designed as multiply-layer pipe extrusion line.

HDPE Pipe.

1. Good hygienic performance: no heavy metal salt stabilizer is added during HDPE pipe processing, the material is non-toxic, no scaling layer, and no bacteria breeding, which solves the hidden danger of secondary pollution of urban drinking water. 

2. Excellent corrosion resistance: Except for a few strong oxidants, it can withstand the erosion of a variety of chemical media; no electrochemical corrosion. 

3. Long service life: HDPE pipe can be used safely for more than 50 years under rated temperature andpressure.

4. Better impact resistance: HDPE pipe has good toughness and high impact resistance, and heavy objects directly pass through the pipe, which will not cause the pipe to be broken.

Stainless Steel Vacuum Calibration Tank:
Vacuum calibration Tank, SUS304 with spraying painting or pure SUS304 body is for option.
Available sizes for different pipe diameters from 20mm up to 1600mm.
Equipped with famous and high-quality vacuum pump and water pump with overload protection; water temperature auto controlling.
4/6/8/10/12 cooling tubes installed inside of the Tank, with ABS sprayers.
5meters, 6meters, 9meters and other lengths for option, according to different pipe pressure requirements.

Stainless Steel Cooling Tank:
Vacuum calibration Tank, SUS304 with spraying painting or pure SUS304 body is for option.
Available sizes for different pipe diameters from 16mm upto 160mm.
Equipped with famous and high-quality water pump with overload protection; water temperature auto controlling.
4/6/8/10/12 cooling tubes installed inside of the Tank, with ABS sprayers.
5meters, 6meters, 9meters and other lengths for option, according to different pipe pressure requirements.

Haul-off Machine:
For different pipe diameters, we offer the suitable Haul off unit, like Double claw, three claw, four claw, six claw etc.
Machine speed control is with ABB Inverter.
Machine is controlled together with Vacuum calibration Tank and Cutter.
