When the mold temperature is below 50 degrees, the plastic part is not smooth, which is prone to poor fusion, flow marks, and warping deformation above 90 degrees.

4. The plastic wall thickness must be uniform to avoid missing glue and sharp corners, in order toprevent stress concentration.
