Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Round Pipes with Insulation and High-Temperature Resistance

FRP pipe is a non-metallic composite pipe made of fiberglass roving, resin and quartz sand through computer-controlled filament winding process and curing. It can be customized with different pressure ratings, diameters and lengths according to working conditions. Widely used in fluid transportation and cable protection projects in chemical, power, municipal water supply & drainage, sewage treatment, desalination, metallurgy, mining and petroleum industries, it is an ideal alternative to traditional metal pipes.
 First of all, FRP pipes have excellent corrosion resistance. They can stably work in acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive environments without rusting or aging quickly, which makes them very suitable for chemical industry, sewage treatment, seawater transportation and other harsh working conditions. At the same time, the inner wall of FRP pipes is smooth and does not scale easily, which can reduce fluid resistance and improve transportation efficiency.
