Properties:

The high-efficiency PPR/HDPE pipe extrusion line, is specially designed by JWELL company, to match PPR/HDPE material characteristics. The lines equipped with self-designed JWS series high- efficiency single-screw extruders, with SIEMENS PLC controlling system, then achieve automatic control of the entire production line from the extruder to the auxiliary machine with high output capacity and reliable extrusion.
The pipes produced by this production line are small -diameter HDPE water supply pipe, gas pipe, PPR, PE-RT, PE-X, PB, etc., which are widely used in the production of pipes of water supply and radiant floor heating for residential buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums and rural areas.

Properties: For different pipe diameter and extruder speed requirements, we designed all kinds of the Hall-off unit, have two tracks, three tracks, four tracks, six tracks until up to 16 tracks. The wide adjustable range for the Hall-off unit, running is stable and reliable, and small noise. Each track by a separate asynchronous or servo motor drive, via digital controller keeps the accuracy of the track speed synchronization. The large capacity compression air cylinder, and very long contact lengths between pipe and tracks, can ensure a high friction tractive force. based on the switchable control for the 1/2 tracks, can switch to each other between the big pipe diameter and small pipe diameter, large scope of working for the Hall-off unit.
