HDPE Steel Wire Mesh Reinforcedcomposite Pipe for Mining Tailings Pipeline

HDPE steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe is a new type of composite structural wall pipe that uses high-strength steel wire and polyethylene plastic as raw materials, wrapped high-strength steel wire as the core layer, and high-density polyethylene plastic as the inner and outer layers to form an overall pipe wall. The addition of steel wire reinforced mesh to composite pipes not only greatly improves the pressure resistance of the pipes compared to HDPE solid wall pipes, but also retains the excellent corrosion resistance and scale free characteristics of HDPE solid wall pipes. Its reinforcing body is wrapped in continuous thermoplastic, ensuring the isolation of the steel wire from the outside, prolonging the service life of the steel wire and ensuring the long-term pressure resistance of the pipe. Steel wire mesh winding forming ensures that the composite pipe has a certain degree of flexibility in the axial direction while maintaining a low linear expansion coefficient, and has strong environmental adaptability. Pipe materials are widely used in the fields of water and gas supply, and are a new and practical type of pipe material mainly used in petroleum, municipal construction, ship, coal mine gas drainage, engineering well, pumping, chemical, energy, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, electric power, environmental protection, food and other industries.
