Our Reinforced Spiral Welded Steel Pipe features a versatile anti-corrosion structure, tailored to meet diverse customer requirements. It is available in three superior variants: fused epoxy powder coating, hot dip zinc coating, and stainless steel. With a robust production capacity, we can manufacture pipes with diameters up to DN1000mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 3.5mm, depending on the specific model. This adaptability ensures that we can cater to a wide array of project needs, delivering high-quality, durable, and efficient solutions.

Connection Method 

The spiral welded steel pipe primarily utilizes a flange connection method. Designed with a flange socket, this product ensures robust connectivity by adding bolts, which firmly secure both ends.

Compared to steel pipes of the same specification, this pipe weighs 50% -150% less. Its lightweight nature significantly reduces construction labor intensity.  

Corrosion prevention
The pipe's longevity is assured through a selection of corrosion-preventive measures, including fused epoxy powder coating, hot dip zinc, and stainless steel.

Negative pressure resistance
Engineered to meet gas drainage negative pressure requirements, this pipe withstands -0.097MPa pressure for 100 hours without suction or deformation.  

Low operating noise
Featuring a smooth inner wall structure, the pipe operates quietly under normal conditions, thanks to its low-noise design.

Strong adhesion
Utilizing nationally standardized anti-corrosion materials, this pipe's coating remains firmly intact, with no peeling or falling off during use.  

Product Advantages

Our products are crafted from cold rolled steel strips or stainless steel strips. They undergo multiple processes, including spiral nibble molding and automatic welding, within a spiral molding unit. Post-molding, the inner wall of the pipe is smooth while the outer wall is reinforced. This four-layer nibbling structure enhances the weld strength, with the 45° angle weld ensuring high impact resistance and pressure durability.
Termed as occlusal steel pipe due to its unique structure, the product features an outer wall reinforced with rebar, also known as reinforcing bar spiral welded corrugated steel pipe.
