Single-Span Greenhouse

The Single-span Tunnel Greenhouse is a simple arch-shaped structure, designed to provide farmers with an affordable yet effective solution for crop protection and yield improvement. Components of Greenhouses:                 

The greenhouse is composed of three parts:the greenhouse frame(main structure),the greenhouse cover,the greenhouse film roll,and  the  drainage  system.Through  the  assembly  and  commissioning  operation of  profiles,it achieves functions such as structural  safety,wind  and  rain  protection,cold  and  frost  resistance,ventilation,and drainage,providing a relatively stable and controllable environment for plant growth.

Greenhouse frame:                   

The frame is a light steel structure.The main frame materials are all processed and formed in the factory (the main processing techniques include cold rolling,galvanizing,pipe rolling,flattening,drilling,welding,etc.).After the components are processed and  arrive at the site,they are assembled with special accessories.There is no need for welding on site,which avoids the damage to the frame and material waste caused by secondary processing on site,greatly protects the zinc layer of the steel,and saves labor.  

Greenhouse  covering:                

Greenhouse covering is divided into top covering and end face covering of the greenhouse.The covering material is 13-filamen PE anti-aging film specially designed for blueberries.The new film has a light transmittance of over 85%,which can increase the yield of crops and improve their quality.     

Greenhouse film rolling system:                 
Install an electric film rolling system longitudinally in the greenhouse.By rolling the film,the ventilation and wind resistance inside the greenhouse can be controlled,achieving the effect of regulating the coling and heat preservationinside the greenhouse.The film rolling system is distributed on both ends of the greenhouse and both sides of the greenhouse body,and can open or close up to five spans on the end face of the greenhouse.
Gutter drainage system:                   
At the junction of each span of the greenhouse (longitudinal),drainage ditches should be made to channel the rainwater within the greenhouse area to the reserved drainage system through the drainage ditches.
