High speed single wall corrugated pipe making machine can produce PE,PP,EVA, PVC, PA etc material single wall corrugated pipe continuously. The production line is driven by gears, and the mold runs in the track. It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a closed forced water cooling system to achieve high-speed production.

Raw material + master batches→mixing→vacuum feeding →material dryness →single screw extruder→extrusion mould→corrugation forming machine→meter measurer→double winder→finished product inspecting &packing

Single wall high speed corrugated pipe forming machine can produce two diameters or three diameters single wall corrugated pipe in the same mould blocks, which reduce the cost of the moulds and time for changing the mould blocks, increase the efficiency.

This kind of pipe is high temperature resistance, anti-erosion, anti-abrasion and with high strength, the pipe can be used as oil pipe in automobile braking system, and for high temperature egas, chemical liquid transferring.Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have feathers of high temperature resistance,resistant to corrosion and abrasion,high intensity,good flexibility,etc.
