I. Product Positioning
Sanitary transmission hose is specially developed for food, medicine, daily chemical industry, with composite of food-grade PVC granules and rust-resistant steel wire reinforced layer, to build a high tenacity, wear-resistant fluid transmission system.
II. Three-layer precision structure
1. Inner layer: food contact grade PVC inner hose, mirror-grade smooth inner wall, low surface roughness, fluid passage rate increased by 20%, zero residue and easy to clean.
2. Reinforcement layer: galvanized stainless steel wire spiral winding, anti-negative pressure resistance value up to -0.5MPa, anti-stretching, dynamic transport without deformation.
3. Protective outer layer: UV-modified PVC outer layer, adding antioxidants and wear-resistant factor, strong weather resistance, aging resistance, adaptable to -15℃~65℃ wide temperature environment.
III. Five core breakthroughs
- Safety upgrade:No phthalates or heavy metals, food-grade contact standards.
- Performance leap: It can withstand the continuous transportation of 30% fruit acid/oil, pressure resistance peak 0.5MPa, 3 times longer life than traditional hose.
- Intelligent adaptation: Memorized bending radius ≤ 3D (D is the diameter of the hose), compatible with quick-fit fittings, clamps and other interfaces, quick installation in 5-minute.
- Visualization management: Transparent hose body with colorful scale lines (optional), real-time monitoring of flow rate and residual volume, reducing the cost of manual inspection.
- Environmentally friendly design:The recyclable utilization rate of raw materials reaches 85%, the packaging adopts degradable PE film, in line with the needs of green factory construction.
