PVC food-grade fibre reinforced hose is a flexible conveying hose made of food-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the basic material, embedded with high-strength fibre braid reinforced layer composite. The product is non-toxic, odourless, hygienic and environmentally friendly, and can be used in direct contact with food, beverage and other media without the risk of precipitation of harmful substances. At the same time, combined with the fibre reinforced structure, the hose has both excellent flexibility as well as excellent compressive and tear resistance, and is able to transport materials stably in complex environments, and is widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical production and other industries with stringent requirements for health and safety.
 

Structure
-Inner layer:

Made of high quality food-grade PVC raw materials, the inner wall is smooth and flat, with low coefficient of friction, ensuring smooth material conveying, not easy to residue, and facilitate cleaning and disinfection; meanwhile, it has good chemical stability, and is resistant to corrosion by acid, alkali, oil and grease, and other common food media.

-Reinforcement layer:

The middle layer is a high-strength polyester fibre braid, tightly wound in the middle of the inner and outer layers, which significantly improves the hose's compression resistance, tensile resistance and anti-twisting properties, effectively preventing bursting and deformation, and guaranteeing the safety and stability of the conveying process.

-Outer layer:

Also made of food-grade PVC, with wear-resistant, weather-resistant and anti-aging properties, it can resist cuts, friction and ultraviolet rays erosion in daily use, prolonging the service life of the hose, and at the same time, it provides good flexibility, which is convenient for bending, coiling and installation operations.
