• Five numbers of extruders are equipped for each layer extrusion, with benifits of easy control and easy thickness adjustment.
• The PERT layer Extruders are specially designed according to PERT raw materials, with big L/D ration, having features of better platicizing effects and high efficiency.
• The EVOH extruder screw is special designed by KAIDE R&D teams as per speical features of EVOH raw material, like easy degeneration and viscosity. So thre are speical prequiremets on screw structure, screw smooth surface, needing suitable L/D ratio and low friction heat and shear heat, to slove the degeration problem of EVOH raw material.

Gravimetric material doser is equipped for all five numbers of extruders, to get high quality produced pipes.
3.Five Layers Co-extrusion Die Head 

• Latest multi-layer coextrusion die head adopts a modular building block structure, and a multi-stage melt pressure buffer zone is designed in the middle of the flow channel of each layer, which can effectively reduce the pulsation of the extrusion pressure of each layer, so that the thickness of each layer can be evenly distributed and firmly bonded.
