D.O.T Air Brake Nylon Tubing

Typical Application: Air brake systems except where temperatures exceed +200°F tubing. or where battery acid can drip on.

Pressure:Maximum operating pressure of 150 psi.

Vibration: Fair resistance.

Temperature Range: -40°F to +200°F (-40°C to +93°C)

Material:CA360 Brass.

Used With: NT100 Nylon Tubing - SAE J844 Type A and B. See page 27 for NT100 ylon Tubing data.

Advantages: Easy to assemble (no TUBE preparation or flaring required.) Built in TUBE support. May be used with copper tubing by replacing nut, sleeve and insert with long nut and spherical sleeve. Insert should be removed for copper tubing use.

Temperature Range: -65°F to +250°F (-53°C to +121°C) range at maximum operating pressures.

Material: CA 360 Brass for Barstock fittings.,CA377 Brass for forged fittings.

Used With: Copper, brass, aluminum and steel hydraulic tubing that can be flared. Advantages: Low cost and reusability, long or short nut. Good resistance to vibration.

For  brass ball valve ,we used nylon bags do  inner packaging , Nylon bag can reduce oxidation occurred , To prevent rust And keep the brass luster. 

Retail packaging 

We put 25 pcs of  brass ball  valve in one carton box . Ensure that a sufficient quantity ,and protect goods in transfer.

Transfer packaging

For  export  we put  goods in   Moisture-proof packaging ,and  put  wooden box  out side . Ensure that the product in transit in good condition.

Sample shipping

For  sample  order  we  usually  transfer by express,like FedEX  UPS   TNT and  China  EMS . usually  you  can  get  samples in  one week . and  if  you need  ,we can provide  1-3  pcs sampes by  free. 

Final order shipping 

For final order . we can do  air  transfer  and  sea  shipping . our factory are  close  to  airport  and  seaport  . usually   transfer  1-5 ton  goods  to  port  cost  200 $ . 

A1Computer control cutting machine:cut the raw material in to pieces ,and computer control make sure that  The smallest error . A2Die casting machine: after cut the raw material we put the brass pieces into  Die casting machine. and make the brass into valve body . A3Cleaning :we cleaning the valve body from Die casting machine and choose good quality valve body to do the next processing. B1CNC control make threads :we use CNC machine make threads of valve . in this step workers must use threads guage check  to check threads  10 times  per hour .  B2Drill hole:we use drilling machine to make hole on valve rod , after drill the hole we use drill machine make inner threads for valve rod to wedding with valve handle . B3

High quality silicone :Workers in Assembly shop  put high quality silicone in to brass valve body ,and check the inner surface of valve body.

C1Valve ball :we support three types of valve ball ,braas ball ,steel ball ,and stainless steel ball ,it means we can provide more different combinations  for customer.  C2

Pneumatic screw machine : we use  Pneumatic screw machine to tighten the scrow inside of valve .make sure enough 

close between silicone and valve ball .

Handle wedding :workers wedding the brass ball valve handle and valve rod  with screw ,in this step  workers will check the threads of valve rod , also we can provide brass valve rod and steel valve rod . 

D1Tighten the screws :works use  Electric screwdriver to tighten the screw , and use wrench check every screw , ensure cloose  between brass valve handle and valve rod. D2Pressure tester:to ensure high quality .we test brass ball valve one by one  ,check the pressure and enusre there is no leakage . D3packaging:after pressure tester we packaging the conforming product  into nylon bags and carton .
