Yes, we offer free samples, but the shipping cost is borne by you.

Q3:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

If in stock, the MOQ is 1 roll. If out of stock, the MOQ is 3000 meters per size and color.

Q4:What are your payment terms?

For orders below$1000, 100% payment in advance. For orders above$1000, 30% T/T deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.

Q5:How can we receive our order? How do we know you've shipped it?

We will ship the goods via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, overseas shipping, or other freight forwarders. All shipments come with a tracking number.

Q6:What is your lead time?

After payment is received, samples take 3 - 7 working days, and bulk production takes 10 - 20 working days (depending on order quantity).
