Our wedge wire screen cylinders can be designed with slot openings and wires running radially on the outside surface of the screen cylinder or axially on the inside of the cylinder. These screen cylinders are available in various diameters, ranging from 1/2" pipe size to 35" diameter. For larger diameters, screen cylinders can be fabricated accordingly. Each intersection of wedge wire and support rod is welded for enhanced strength and durability. We offer different combinations of wedge wire and support rods to create the best screen design. Rotary screens commonly utilize wedgewire for the screening media. For example, our externally fed unit features a spiral wound wedgewire screen drum measuring 36" OD x 120" long.
