Welding procedure:

Preparation work:
Check pipes and fittings to make sure there is no damage.
Clean the end face of the pipe and the inner wall of the pipe fitting to remove the oxide layer.

Pipe interception:
Ensure that the pipe face is vertical and the error is less than 5mm.

Fusion connection:
Insert the tube into the fuse fitting, making sure the marking line is aligned.
Connect the electric fusion welding machine and input welding parameters (such as voltage, time).
Start welding and wait for heating and cooling to complete.

Quality check:
Check that the joints are secure and that there are no leaks.
 

Matters needing attention:

Matching: Fuse fittings matching PE-RT II pipes must be used to avoid connection failure due to material differences.

Welding parameters: Set welding parameters strictly in accordance with pipe fitting instructions to avoid overheating or insufficient.
