Product Description
Polyurethane-foam tubing is most often used to insulate central heating and domestic-water pipelines. This material is resistant in the temperature range -50°C to 135°C, and has a low heat-transfer coefficient. Such a thermal insulator is rigid, and perfectly protects pipes from damage. This connection method is Donghong's new insulation pipe connection method. It does not require welding or patching during construction. It is quick and easy to install and can greatly improve construction efficiency.

Core indicators such as thickness, density, thermal conductivity, closed cell rate and water absorption are uniform, and the overall stability is good.
The axis eccentricity is small, the thermal conductivity is low, and the overall heat preservation effect is good.


The online spraying of polyurethane has high reactivity, good bonding effect with the steel pipe and the outer protective layer, and the insulation pipe is little affected by temperature change, and no delamination phenomenon occurs.
The surface of the insulation layer is flat, the thickness deviation is small, and the adjustment range is large.

The outer protective layer adopts polyethylene winding method, the wall is thin and uniform, the shrinkage rate is small, the deformation and stress are small, the overall mechanical properties are good, and the problem that the outer protective layer is easy to crack is solved.
