Swivel Joint Seal is the composite seal which consist of rubber ring and resin ring for a hydraulic turning unit like a swivel joint of hydraulic excavator. The optimum design with the rubber ring and the resin ring can achieve the good sealing performance.

Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware. Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted. Some profiles such as Fig 2202, Fig 1004, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, Fig 602, Fig 1002 etc require a Hammer Union Lip Seal or an 'O'Ring depending on the Size of the Hammer Union. We produce 2",3", and 4" Hammer Union Seals in Nitrile for standard service and in  FKM or HNBR for Sour Gas Service.
