Anti-scaling property
Drawing on the principle of "lotus leaf hydrophobic", organic polymers and special processes are used to raise the water contact Angle on the surface of the pipeline to 111° (standard control ≥105°), far exceeding ordinary polyethylene 88°-92°, which improves the smoothness of the surface of the pipeline, reduces the adsorption capacity of calcium and magnesium ions and other substances in the water to the pipeline, and reduces the energy consumption of the pipeline water. At the same time, the anti-scaling effect and the antibacterial effect of the pipeline cooperate to play the role of the real antibacterial effect of the pipeline, and avoid the problem of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid caused by pipeline scaling. (Water contact Angle: the contact Angle of water droplets on the surface of the material, 90° < water contact Angle < 180° has a hydrophobic effect.)
Hydrophobic patency
Compared with conventional plastic pipes, the inner wall is smoother, the flow resistance is reduced, the water transmission capacity is higher, and the inner wall smoothness is better than that of traditional polyethylene pipes, solving the problem of increased energy consumption in long-term operation of the pipe network, and it is a pipeline type designed for the drinking water industry.


Anti-bacterial Performance
The ionic antibacterial agent was added to the inner wall of the pipe. According to the standard of JC/T939-2004 "Antibacterial performance of antibacterial plastic pipe for Construction" tested by Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the antibacterial rate of the component was > 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (standard requirements for testing bacteria); It can eliminate microorganisms attached to the tube wall, avoid the breeding of surface microbial film, and has a permanent antibacterial effect.
Terrain adaptability
When the pipe is under pressure, the flexibility of the plastic pipe is taken into account. The flexible laying can reduce the application of pipe fittings and change with the terrain when the terrain settles.
