Product Description

Application:
1. Corrugated pipe making machine uses PVC, PP, PE as raw material to produce small dimater single-wall corrugated pipe.

2. Through the corresponding mould and setting machine, the products can be smooth evenly both internal and external.

3. Cable threading pipe, washing machine drain pipe, vacuum tubes, ventilation drain pipe. 

Features:
This series single wall corrugated pipe machine can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PVC, PE, PP, EVA continuously, as well as PA corrugated pipes. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.

The single wall corrugated pipe are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.
 
Single-wall corrugated pipe machine developed by our company adopts gears to run modules and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed molding, even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are especially used in wires conduit pipe.

PP/PE/PVC/PA/PB/EVA material→Automatic loader →Single screw extruder→Head die and mould →Mould blocks→Forming machine→Winder
